Nicole Clemens
Owner
Nicole Clemens brings years of dance experience, leadership, and dedication to the studio. Growing up dancing locally herself, she developed a lifelong passion for the dance world that only grew stronger when she became a mother. Determined to give her daughters every opportunity possible, she spent countless hours traveling across Michigan and beyond for training, competitions, conventions, intensives, and performances to help them pursue dance at the highest level. Through years of experience in the competitive dance industry, she gained extensive knowledge not only in dance, but also in mentorship, teamwork, organization, and what it takes to help young athletes succeed. She currently serves as the Head Varsity Coach for the Lapeer Varsity Dance Team, where she is passionate about building strong athletes, confident leaders, and a positive team culture. Known for her caring and welcoming personality, Nicole has a natural ability to connect with children and families and strives to make every dancer feel supported, encouraged, and valued. Her passion for helping young dancers grow both personally and athletically is at the heart of everything she does at Project Xtreme Dance Co. She is also CPR certified and committed to creating a safe, uplifting, and family-focused environment for all students.
Kiana Clemens
Owner and Instructor
Kiana has been training in dance for over 18 years and is currently continuing her dance career at the collegiate level as a member of the Davenport University Dance Team, where she will enter her junior year this fall. As a 2x NDA National Champion with her college team, Kiana has developed a strong passion for performance, technique, leadership, and mentorship within the dance industry. Throughout her training, Kiana has studied under nationally recognized choreographers and industry professionals including Debbie Allen and Anthony Burrell. She has also performed in the Moscow Russian Ballet twice and most recently trained with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders during their intensive program in January 2026. Kiana grew up training throughout Michigan in order to receive the highest level of dance education possible and is now excited to bring that knowledge, experience, and passion back to her hometown community through Project Xtreme Dance Co. In addition to teaching and choreographing at the studio, she also assists with choreography and training for the Lapeer Varsity Dance Team. Her choreography has earned multiple overall and special award titles at competitions. At Davenport University, Kiana was honored with the Rookie of the Year award during her freshman season and received the Most Dedicated award during her sophomore year. Alongside her dance career, she is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, combining her passion for teaching with her dedication to helping young dancers grow both inside and outside the studio. Kiana is CPR certified and strives to create a positive, motivating environment where every dancer feels encouraged, confident, and capable of reaching their full potential.
ShaiAnne Clemens
Owner and Instructor
ShaiAnne’s love for dance began in 2002 and has remained a huge part of her life ever since. Growing up, she trained and danced at multiple studios throughout Lapeer County as well as in Lake Orion. Every opportunity to learn from different teachers, styles, and experiences helped shape her passion for the art of dance. Known as a social butterfly in the dance world, Shaianne spent years attending summer intensives, conventions, and classes with friends, even traveling to Chicago multiple times for dance training and events. She competed in dance in Lake Orion and has taken classes at well-known studios, including Millennium Dance Complex. She has also visited iconic places within the dance industry, including Abby Lee Dance Company. During high school, Shaianne had the opportunity to teach choreography and share her love of dance with others. Outside of dance, she is a local realtor in Lapeer and a proud mom to her 11-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Shaianne truly loves everything about the dance world and is passionate about creating a positive and inspiring environment where dancers can grow in confidence, skill, and creativity.
